All my life I have been a passive neutral observer on a number of issues keeping my opinion to myself and quietly advocating. However, while going through personal transformations and growth, I am learning to take a position on issues, even when the issues don't directly affect me or my loved ones, I feel I have an obligation to personally take a stand, voice my opinion and defend my position without reservations.
